Any spiritual counseling integrated into the psychotherapy is approached as an aspect of multicultural assessment and interventions. As such, it is non-denominational, respectful of all faiths, and framed within the values of humility, compassion and gratitude. My approach to spiritual counseling incorporates the exploration and evolution of the client's spiritual beliefs and how they influence their life, while emphasizing the importance of mind-body-spirit grounding and boundary work.
